I just finished watching all of the inuyasha online and I wanted to know what happens after the last episode. I already know that the manga is finished but I really want to read them. It is a shame that they stopped making the anime with no ending. So please answer my main question!

I heard there's two different types of the inuyasha books, manga and anime; there is also a tv series. Do they all follow the same story line, what is the difference? Also, how many books are there? Is the tv series really finished? As much information would be super helpful.

I dont know how many there are yet, but the highest i've seen is vol 34, also sadly the series did end, at episode 167.
But the books have 3 episodes each in them, and they are 11-13 dollars.
My girlfriend and I have watched a few anime show like Maburaho and mahoromatic and we want something a little dirtier, not blood and guts dirty but sexual dirty. Sorry it gets her going.
