Well really I started trying to make this video around the same time I started the other escaflowne video, and that one’s been done for… some time now. I took a while because I kept giving up and getting lazy and then redoing things over and over again.
It came out okay, could’ve been better, but better than I expected because I have such low expectations.
In all honesty, the movie wasn’t as great as the series because so many things were screwed up and inconsistent. The thing I love about the movie compared to the series though, is the wonderful animations. But really, how did they expect to do a revamp of the series plotline within an hour and a half?
Aslo, if you don’t recognize it, the song used is from the final showcase scene in the movie Step Up with Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan. And the song used in the credits is actually the song from Escaflowne The Movie sung by the character Sora somewhere in the film.
