I am not talking the songs itself, but the instrumental ones like during a battle or comedic moment.

Are these tracks available in those ranma CD Volumes? If not, is it available anywhere else like a website and such? I really like these tracks, but can’t seem to find them.

Not sure if you can find them now since its been a while since it was out, but usually there is a OST out with both background music and the songs (like the inuyasha series). Check e-bay or even amazon to see if someone has an used one. They usually list them by the anime’s name. Good Luck.
