What is the best site to watch anime?

I’m trying to look for a good website to watch anime, and was looking for some suggestions.
It has to be dedicated to anime (not like YouTube or Veoh), and it has to have a large selection of anime to watch from as well as many different genres. Please name websites that don’t have pop-ups and have working videos. It would also be appreciated if the website has a clean layout. Thanks.

Looking for a new anime

Ok, so I’ll admit I’ve been kinda stuck with a lot of old stuff for a while. I mean, I just watched trigun the other day which is… what… 98? Wow I’m far behind. The most recent anime I’ve seen is probably Pani-Poni Dash! which was 06… so yeah I’m a good three years or so behind. Anyone have anything new and innovative to share?
My favourite Genres are Shounen, action, romantic comedy. I just finished watching kenshin For god’s sake!! Help me! I need some new stuff!! Suggestions! PLEASE!

Have you ever gotten tired of the default wallpaper in your computer? Like countless people, youâve probably wished once or twice that your desktop would look different. Those people have more diverse tastes, so they want to have more choices in everything, including their desktop backgrounds.
For those people who want unique desktop wallpapers, they can solve their problem by going online. There are quite a number of websites that offer free desktop wallpapers, so you wonât have to subscribe to anything. You can easily change the display on your computer without having to pay for a single cent. Since the wallpapers are free, you can choose to download just about any design you want.
There are cool images that are at your disposal. The wallpapers are arranged according to their respective categories, thus making searching easier. Moreover, there are quite a number of genres to choose from, and pretty much everyone can be sure that there is something for everyone. The genres are diverse; among the designs available are those in the categories of anime, cars, computer, games, sports, and other miscellaneous designs. The designs cover a variety of tastes, as well as a wide age bracket.
It doesnât take a genius to download wallpapers; even kids can go online and download the designs appropriate for them. All you have to do is go to a reputable site that offers wallpapers, and browse through their library of wallpapers. After choosing a particular design, you can copy the image to your computer. To change the wallpaper, you have to go to your computerâs settings, and browse for the image that you have downloaded. Making the design appear on your desktop takes less than a minute.
Like most fickle people, you might have a hard time choosing among the designs. Thatâs okay, because you can download all the designs you want, and see which ones look best on your desktop. On the other hand, you can also use the different designs alternately, so that you desktop background matches your mood.
By downloading free desktop wallpapers, you can be sure that your desktop display becomes more appealing. After all, looking at a picture that you chose is much more inspiring than a bland background.

Am I considered as an Otaku?

i like anime, manga is like a whatever, but I play video games a lot (various genres mostly dealing with Mario), and my drawing style has even taken a turn mostly toward anime. Am I an otaku? I see myself as one though! :3

What are the most important elements in a great manga?

I am brainstorming to create a new manga. Now, I want to ask fans of manga, what are the things that make there favorite manga's truly their favorites? Please be specific.
in my opinion you need to start with a basic premise. if you start out with a really complicated story line then it just gets confusing and very few can pull it off. don't get me wrong, you can add complications later, but slowly don't info dump! that doesn't mean that the story can't be fantasy, just that it has to have some logic that the reader can grasp.
i think it seriously helps to have a great drawing style. a good storyline can overcome a not so good drawing style, but it takes longer for people to get into the story and word to spread. mind you a bad storyline with great drawing wont last either!
as for which manga fans love – well that depends on personal tastes, favourite genres etc. for me it is romantic comdies, well mostly, there are exceptions but ones i like that don't have a romantic storyline (even if it is a subplot) are few and far between.
but i think humour is one of the main selling points of manga, the ability to have unreal situaions and crazy characters, say with a squirl living on their head, or one who hits people over the head with their slipper all the time, in th estory line with it adding to the plot rather than taking it over and making it all about slapstick comedy like a lot of western stories/books/movies etc. in other words the mix of physical and mental humour is vital 
oh and purely from my perspective – i like reverse harem storylines – lots of boys one girl, humour (they don't have to be fighting over her – see wallflower/perfect girl evolution or ouran high school host club) sue me – i like cute boys and happy enddings
so that is what i think, but i agree with whoever it was who said that you have to write the story that you want to tell – if you try to please all fans, you wont please anyone. write something that interests you, chances are somene else out there will find it interesting too

In need of a good anime?

it doesn't necessarily have to be an anime, real actors are fine too. i've just found anime's stories and characters to be more imaginative then most american made shows.
